Title: Questions on changing out a rear end in 76cj5

Hey guys!
Getting ready to out a Chevy 350 in my jeep and I was wandering if anyone could give some pointers on changing out the rear end?

What are you changing it out to?
What do you have in there? (Dana 30)

Yes it's a Dana 30 with a Dana 300 transfer case. Just kinda worried about putting the Chevy 355 engine and trannie in and it end up tearing the rear end all to h$&@. Was thinking about putting either a S10 rear or a comaro rear end. Any ideas? Could use all the help I can get right now lol

I would take the Dana30 out and do like you said. I still have the Dana 30 in my Cj7 with a AMC304 but I have replaced the axels and chuck.

Ok will do! When I get the Dana 30 out do you know anyone that would be interested in it. Trade for it or sell it so that I can start getting the equipment together so that I can at art going on some trail rides with you guys.
