I currently have a 2013 jku with xrc armor front and rear, front and rear bumpers winch and spare tire. I am running Pro Comp 2.5 inch coils with Fox shocks w/res. I can feel every bump I hit hard and I know im not just crazy because my buddy with a 2.5in rubicon express lift with there shocks rides way way way smoother than mine. Its my dd so I need to fix this I would love suggestions on what setup I should run. Thanks

Rock Krawler or Metal Cloak springs will fix your issue. You need progressive rate coils. Also check your air pressure, if your psi is to high it will ride like a wagon!!

Go with the Rock Krawler. They just came out with the triple rate progressive spring. Very nice

Tire pressure first.

Yes tire pressure first. Don't max out to spec. Try 25.
I will have some used dual rate 3.5" rockkrawler jk springs for sale soon.
Sent off camber
