Title: Gas Monkey TJ Build
Post by: BeerIAm on April 01, 2014, 11:35:58 AM
Anyone see the Gas Monkey episode last night where they built up an '06 TJ?  They used Black Mountain products (which I'm not familiar with) but really didn't spend too much time detailing the build.  I thought the finished product looked pretty good.

Other than the fact they kept the 35 and LP 30. Can't blame em, it's not going to get wheeled. Went with some cheap parts, IMO, but was a neat little build. I love gas monkey.

I started watching this one last night and fell asleep. Will finish tonight. I would like to see them do a full on build for sure. Not throw parts on it. I like GM but sometimes they just don't finish the job.

The Xtreme4x4 show is better if you want to see complete builds of Jeeps.  Cheesy from time to time, but decent builds.

I will have to track down this GM show, as I have not seen it.

Not bad for a quick build. I just started watching this show, it's decent.

It's better than Counting Cars.

Counting cars does more complete builds. Better than GM.

But since it is a show, both are cheesy.

yup. Camera cheese. Wish they could cut the crap and just show the work. No staged junk. //no//
