Well at Windrock my winch was grinding and not working right so I took it apart and low and behold a little dang brass bushing was the problem (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/07/a2y4a3uq.jpg) But it let the shaft wear the housing so I got Allsouth to save the day got me a new end cap (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/07/jy2upa8y.jpg) so I'm ready to go now
