Title: Making Jerky

We use a Ecalibur Food Dehydrator 9 tray

I use a London Broil cut of meat
Marinated  with soy sause , Worcester  sauce, Garlic and onion powder, cayenne red pepper, chilli Powder

All those little pieces of fat need to be cut out, those will get rancid

Best jerky I ever had......Ye Ol Geezer meat shop, Moab Utah.
