Working on installing a new cb in my bronco. Im stuck at the antenna tuning. I cant seem to find anywhere that sells swr meters .Im just looking for someone who knows how to do this and willing to help or somewhere that does it. Thanks

Check your truck stops.  I saw one at Loves in cartersville

This ^^ Also when you buy instructions an SWR meter instructions come with it.
