Post by: jmcdonou on January 20, 2016, 09:42:10 PM
Saturday morning 79 year old Lamar Putnam from Carrollton, Ga went missing.  He was last seen near the intersection of Hwy 431 and Hwy 9 North of Lake Wedowee.  Lamar has  dementia.  His truck was found at Hwy 431 under the Tallapoosa river bridge.  It is very close to Morris Mountain ORV.

He was last seen in Cleburne, County, Alabama on Sat. January 16, 2016. He was wearing an orange and white checked shirt, khaki pants, and a black hat. He is 5'8” and 170 lbs. If you have ANY information, please call 911 immediately and tell them that a Mattie's Call has been issued for his return. Damn, that's a young looking 79 year old.  I hope he skipped town with an old girlfriend versus something really bad happening to him.

With dementia, I highly doubt that happen. My father has it & he has no idea who I am or my mother is.

I hope he is found fast & safe.

I missed the mention of dementia.  I have heard stories of how bad it is.
