Title: JK on 40's. Let see 'em!!!
Post by: RotorHead on April 29, 2008, 01:54:56 PM
Here's Offroad Evolution's JK on 40's with a full traction long arm and their own, soon to be release, coil over springs and shocks. It also has Dynatrac D60's on it.

I'm hearing of a few more out there as well.

All I can say is, WOW!

Someday I would like to, but I gotta spend lots of money to get there. I'm seriously considering going with 38.50's on my next set of tires, though.

The thing is, with the big JK, it doesn't look weird.  It looks proportionally similar to a YJ / TJ on 33's or 35's.

Here's another angle. They look like 40's from this view. I can't remember if this one has a hemi conversion or not. That top is also about $3400.

Here's another one from Mel. It may be the same one, but there are differences. This one was built by Mel for a guy on the JK Forum. He calls it "Straight to Ridiculous". I concur.

Here is the most Straight to Ridiculous “Bad Ass” JK on the Site. It is not finished yet, been over a year in the making.

Haven’t posted anything because the last time there were a lot of haters. I'll post more pics after the fenders / paint.

I agree!  The JK looks like it was made for big tires!
