I'm sorry to hear the news about your friend. Way too young to go. Last week, a former colleague passed away from a sudden bout of cancer and he was only 53 and he did all the right things. Ate right, very fit and full of life, you just never know what's around the corner.

That sucks, Don. I haven't had a close-ish or close friend pass.
I did not realize you were 35...just figured you were a mature high twenties. I actually thought you were overly mature...now it makes sense.

Sorry to hear that Don!

Don,
Thanks for the kind reminder. It's always nice to hear from someone other than my wife. The older you get the more these types of things will occur. It's the nature of life. I lost a grade school chum just a few weeks back and it really threw me for a loop because he was only 51 same as me. One of the nicest guys you'd ever meet, but it was his time. We all only get a short time here on the big blue marble. Death make me appreciate my life, my friends, my wife. I could go on. Take some time to process all of this, it takes time. And whatever changes you think you need to make. Make em. I will say a prayer today for you and your friend and his family. Stay strong.

Sorry to hear of your loss Don. My cousin Captain Clint Kennedy 47 years old of the Vidalia police dept was found dead at the range Wednesday when he went to work on targets, he was not shot. Autopsy will tell but probably a stroke or heart attack.
I had the heart image a few years ago and see the doc every 3 months minimum and a colonoscopy a needed and am always checking blood for psts and liver function to find early if possible. Most people I've lost have found something after its too far advanced so get checked out!

Sorry to hear about your buddy. Losing a close friend hurts.
Several years ago a friend was found unresponsive on New Years Day. He was drinking and taking pain pills for chronic back problems. He was only 27 & left behind a 8 year old daughter.
Even if you think you can handle things sometimes you can't.

So sorry to hear about your friend Don. We just never know when it's out time.
It's a subtle reminder that we have to take care of ourselves and pay attention to our bodies.

Sorry to hear the news.
My mother in laws, brother passed away the other week of a heat attack at 55. Something I was told, around 5% of people who go to the hospital for a heart attack make it out alive.

That really sucks. Sorry to hear this Don. These events that come out of the blue are a shock and take some time to process.

Very sorry for your loss Don.
We can't be reminded enough on taking care of ourselves.
Prayers to you and his family. It's never easy to lose a family member or friend, but always harder when they are young.
