When was the last time you gave blood?  If it was more than 56 days ago you can give again right now!!!

Blood can NOT be manufactured, it can only come from volunteer donors.  1 pint of blood can save up to three lives.

If you have ever needed blood, or had a loved one who needed blood, you know how important this is.  Take some time and give blood.

I used to give blood all of the time before I had AFIB.  Now I can't give blood because I take blood thinners.

I'm O- CMV- ao they send me reminders all the time.  I usually do doubles so half the frequency.
