The area is going down over there.

After looking at numbers on paper, its a little different. It needs updating at 100k plus the cost of buying. More negatives than positives. There are good and bad business deals, just because it's family doesn't mean you should take it. It's not anything I'm unwilling to work at or do. Heck, I hung live chickens st a supervisor because people couldn't come to work. Chalk that up to not a lot of fun.

Anything really. I love learning new things and being almost in over my head. I can be busy but bored, so I love challenge.

I wish. I'm getting descent at mig but haven't touched tig although it's on my list to learn.
