Well I finally got me a bit more trail ready with the installation of a winch. I picked up a Harbor Freight Apex winch. Got it on sale a few weeks back. I'll tell you it was like stuffing 25 pounds of anything into a 2 pound paper bag. But it's in and functions.

That winch has got some good reviews. Still pretty costly but half or more less than Warn.

I saved $100 bucks on the sale.
