				Anyone on here run one? I got questions.

-
				Well yeah. lmao

-
				@Anvilsam sometimes does as well

				At work we cut DOM tubing and have to machine bearing pockets in each end. It is boring tedious work no one wants to do. Would a CNC lathe be able to do this more easily? Or would some still have to constantly switch out tubes? Is there a way to make this less tedious?

				The short answer is the more money you got, the easier it gets. The lathe will machine the part no problem. But someone has to load and unload it. Buy a robot as well and it will do the loading and unloading.

				Well I found this https://hgrinc.com/productDetail/Catalog/Items/02241230002/?var1=cpc&var2=google&var3=02241230002&f=shopping&utm_source=merchantcenter&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=topskus&src=gads&keyword=&adid=&MT=&site=&sepos=&device=c&campid=21136671081&adgid=&adtype=pla&merchant_id=562609565&product_channel=online&product_id=ts02241230002&product_country=US&product_language=en&product_partition_id=&store_code=&loc_interest_ms=&loc_physical_ms=9013711&network=x&tid=&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_content=&utm_term=&utm_campaign=Pmax-Robots-March29&hsa_acc=7976513933&hsa_cam=21136671081&hsa_grp=&hsa_ad=&hsa_src=x&hsa_tgt=&hsa_kw=&hsa_mt=&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw_-GxBhC1ARIsADGgDjuuOGAyTZ1Kft2hQPRTLgeeduF3tdeYBqCysCqvNw_gXYB_XHO7rN0aAoUqEALw_wcB

 But how do I know if it correct, for that kind of job?
-
				How big/heavy are the parts?

-
				They are 40" long 2.5" sch 80 pipe. I would guess 15 lbs max.

-
				What are you doing to them?

				We build a material handling trailer . It has hydraulicly pop up roller to unload the material. These are the rollers.

				there are always services like Oshcut, like sendcutsend.  May not be in budget.
