Since I just had the heep repainted and did my corners in flat black, I was thinking of laying flat black vinyl on the side of the heep to break up the look and offer some additional paint protection as well. With or without the Rubicon Moabs?
Opinions? Yes, no, maybe?

I like it, with the black wheels. I don't like the Rubi's on it with the black, but might without the black vinyl. Them Rubis are really faced, so they're just gonna get all scratched up too.
-
Black with the black wheels for sure. Rubis make it a bit "pimpish". But I know you are the big PIMP! ;)
-
Not sure I will even pick up these Moabs since the guy hasnt emailed me back and I am going to be in Chattanooga near his place tomorrow morning.
-
Aetna ride?
-
No, I am picking (5) Rubicon Moab wheels and 31" tires off an 05 Rubicon for $300.00. I am gonna use the Moabs, mount the 31's on my black steelies and sell them. ;D

Good deal! Jerm needs to buy that setup!

It wouldnt work unless he ran adapters. My wheels are 5x4.5.
-
Leave it as it is.
-
Dunno. I like it all three ways including the way it is now. I can't decide so I won't vote. I don't think the Rubi wheels look ghetto. They ain't chrome.
-
Hmmm... tough call there. I like the Rubi wheels but I kinda feel like your rig is to dark colored for them and it makes them really really stand out a lot. I know part of it is just the lighting on the photo shop rims but my rims are still pretty bright, even when dirty. I say roll with the black rims.

Ok, here is the final new look. No black sides.

See now that looks good. The black just makes it all to dark for the bright finish on the wheels

I vote for this one.
-
I like the black better on that one, but I've gone Alum too so go figure.
-
I like that one the best!

Paint the rubi wheels black.

Nice.
-
Chris, looks great! How much bulge in the tires? Enough to keep those pretty rubi faces off the rock? And did you use spacers or is the offset alright for rub issues?
-
I don't know Chris... this looks good too!
