That sucks.  The funny thing is that my daughter is 14mths old and I finally officially own the title to her ;D  Took us that long to pay off the hospital bill from when she was born.

Maybe you will feel better when I tell you that my daughter had over $25,000.00 in surgery last year of which I paid $10,000.00 out of pocket.  :)

$499 isnt so bad is it? ;D

Actually you can buy hospital grade suture kits for like $50.00.  Everybody needs one.

My grandpa cut his finger off when he was younger and duct taped the stump.

SOOOO I think there might be more bills from the visit to come. I figured $500 was kinda cheap for emergency room visit and stitches soooo this SUCKS.

Anyways, time to enroll in our new benefits and woa things got costly. They switched us from Cigna to Aetna and lets just say with the same style plans for medical, dental, vision and perscription I am going to be paying another $30+ a paycheck for about the same coverage (some things better, some worse). I mean  :bs) . Megan said we should just get married this weekend at Vegas so I can get on her health care.
