Damn, I like that! Did I ever tell you I really don't like my Warn bumper? I would swap mine for something like that!!
-
me too... total cost i think is somewhere around 400 bucks let me go back and look at my messages on that site.. then i can tell you total price without shipping i think i might be alittle low... the one he quoted me wasnt like that one more of a plan jane model and it was 320.. so that one might be around 500 but i sent him a message so i will know by tonight and what is really nice about it is that it is wide enough for your winch and get good air flow

Cool-
let me know. Nothing high priority. I like the new LoD stubby as well. Just keeping my options open.

Looks good. Other than the offangle tow rings. I like being able to use D rings.
-
You know I can build that all day long. And for less than $320.
... just a thought :)

I agree .

to answer why the tow points are angled.. it helps when being pulled out.. not everyone can get pulled out straight and it causes less stress that way, you can still add d-rings.... if you can make them all day long for $320 then you should do it.. cause i would think you could make good money selling a good bumper for that cheap
sorry at work and its test night so had to stop and come back to this.. we are making pies tonight
also the guy that makes them has this to say...Mine are all 1/4" plate, the mainland one is 3/16". I can do one for a little less if I don't do the lights or loops.

LOL! Lets start making stuff. After finals I am going to start working on some drawings for XJ quarters and tail lights.
-
need to work on JK stuff cause if you can corner the market on good cheap stuff you could be a rich man and forget about that college stuff...

haha, well I've thought about it, but I'm gonna finish school. I'm gonna try to build a lot of stuff this summer. I'm taking orders ;)

What are the tabs for on the bottom of the bumper?
-
i asked the same thing... the girl that ordered it sent in her design and that is how he made it.. he asked her why the tabs and she came up with something about so skid plate she is going to add on and wanted to bolt it there for some strange reason.. he tried to talk her out of it but she wanted it she got it.. that is the story i got.. from a 3rd party person..

this is what Pyro had to say about the tabs...
The tabs on the bottom of the skid where to bolt the skid to the face of the lower crossmember. The new design I am making extends completely under the crossmember and also has a nicer logo design. Jenn will have the first one replacing the one she has now (and no, I didn't changer her for the new one ).
