I looked for a topic and did not find it.
This url below is how I fixed the DW on my 2004 TJ. After having the State Trouper put me off the Interstate in California because I could maintain 40 mph and had to have it hauled to Reno, NV. They charged me 280 bucks to tow it 28 miles. I rented a dolly and pulled it on up to Idahoe and got it worked on at Les Swabb for 580 bucks. Then buying a trailer, I decided to fix it for good.
The url below will show you the system I installed from Troy Vickery.

Stu Olson has this system on his Jeep, he is a fellow who has a site you can go too and look. stu-offroad.com
The beautiful part about the Alumafles Stuff is if you do his the steering or long arms they will flex back to the original position.
I have been very satisfied. Also I purchased my body corners and gas tank skid there.

I fixed mine in 2005 the same way, but in 2006 I got the True Crossover Steering. There is a lot of advantages for me with this system. It drives like a different vehicle.
When you are standing on the nose with all the weight on the front end it does work better too.
The slide show is how I fixed it first. We are sitting on the beach this past summer at Homer, AK. Fortunately I did not get stuck.
