His engine price he quoted me on the phone was $750, at all the other yards they have quoted 1100.00 & 1200.00 (Greenleaf, Hulseys, etc.) This is of course before haggling. He is an old guy, no internet, but all jeeps. I am going to try and barter with him, when I get there. He has some Rubi D44, 1500.00 each.

x2

Larry is a very nice man, always helpful.   If you only knew what he had to pay for some of those Jeeps you would better understand some of his prices.   I have know Larry for some time know and he has always treated me fair.   If you need a Jeep part from 1997 to 2006 he is you guy!!   I bought my 2004 Jeep Rubicon with 23k miles, front end damage only from Larry.   Some of you followed thre second build up of that Jeep.  I could not have done it with out help from Larry.

Maybe, but I exceeded "almost" 3 times in a year, so I'm done with 30's 4 EVER.   ;D

picked up a 2.5 and an ash tray from Larry today. Man does this guy have everything for a TJ. That is pretty much all he deals in. No cherokee stuff, very little if any YJ. But more TJ than you could shake a stick at. Larry has a nice Rubi that needs a tub, it has a long arm lift, D44 front & rear axles, 4:1, engine, runs. $4500.00 Be a great start for a crawler. Parts only title.  {drool}

Jeep heaven....
