side plates are 3/8" thick. Let me know

i need some cheap teraflex shackles....- my rear leafs are stiff-- need more down travel.

You need flatter leafs man and/or need to relocate the shackle mount, a leaf with such a huge bow in it as yours won't have much down travel. You need a flat leaf pack so that it has room to droop.

I've got a set of stock YJ's, 4" hole to hole, I'd just have to put my hands on them, they are in the shop some where.
