If your camping trip is around Omaha there is a HD 2" TJ Receiver at my Parents house. You can have it for cheep, just swing by and ask my mom where it is. It is also drilled it out for J hooks on each side, So you can leave it on and still go wheeling.

Whats a mabob?

Don't get a hitch (they hang low), just get a new bumper that has one built in. I snagged the pro comp rear for like $80 at 4wheel parts. As long as you make sure to tie it into the frame it will be just as strong. They say that they are not rated for towing for legal purposes, but I have towed 2 jet skis and other misc stuff and had no issues.

x3! Get a built in bumper set up. You will hate having the 4" rear drop hanging up on everything! ;D I towed with my LOD bumper plenty of times!

Good to know about towing with those bumpers. Sometimes I'll pull a couple skis & didn't want to get rid of my hitch

Yeah, they're actually pretty good.  I don't recall towing with Matt's, I know he has, but I know I've towed Adam's old jet skis and it did pretty well.  Plus like they've mentioned, it doesn't really effect ground clearance.  If you've got a tow hook or hitch in the receiver then I could see that being an issue, but most Jeeps have other tow points.

Yes there right the reciver hangs down like an anchor. I would hit it on every ledge I would come off. Thats why I took it off.

And Yes Omaha is in Nebraska

If you drive up there you can have it I tried to give it away but every one saw how much it hung down. It sux a new bumper is the way to go!! Unless you have a Long Arm Stretch you will hit it all the time. or are wheeling at the mall and taking the kids to soccer practice.

FYI, I pulled my buddies '86 suburban loaded with wood and camping crap up a mountainside in the Jeep with my LOD bumper. It will hold, no worries!
