All the guys I've dealt with at that store have been awesome and very knowledgeable. Great customer service-I ordered a bunch of Rock Hard 4x4 parts(front/rear bumper, tire carrier, full sport cage,etc) earlier this year from there. The tire carrier didn't ship with everything--which I didn't realize until AFTER I got home. Called 'em up and had the part within a couple of weeks with out any hassles.  {toast}
