i have a 97 xj as of thurs need to bolt on a kit or zj stock zj springs..... i have 33's that will work (with some sort of lift) untill i have the cash for the long arm i want

there is a 2" xj lift in this thread. I imagine its a budget boost style but I'm sure it would be cheap:
