Title: What's up with Yukon Axles

I went to purchase new axle shafts yesterday and nobody has any of the Yukon shafts - the stores say they have been on back order for more than a year now!

From what I hear there only building whats ordered. You can get shafts from moser and they are just as good,cheaper, and get them a whole lot faster. {toast}

I went ahead and bought Alloy shafts since they were in stock for the front and rear. I ended up calling Alex from PORC and he did very well on his prices!

I think you did good Chuck, there has been a lot of talk about the Yukon axles lately going BOOM! Did you get the Alloy X ujoints also? I put those in my 10 Factory and like them so far.

I don't know what they are, my guess would be they are whatever their standard u-joint is......
