Title: This is one of the best I've seen in a while.
Post by: tjl1388 on January 06, 2010, 10:26:59 AM
I normally don't post stuff like this but this is one of the worst I have ever seen.  It is worth joining the forum to see if you have to.  Sorry, it's to much to copy/paste.

Unfortunately they won't let people respond to post in the for sale section, only PM.  I was gonna PM him but I just don't have the heart to tell him he is out of his mind.

Hopefully this isn't anyone on here..I don't have enough post to see the For Sale section yet.

$25,000 obo?  :bs)

Once can not expect to recoup labor costs in a sale like this, and even with all of his "have but not installed" parts, I don't think he'll get any offers he thinks are appropriate. Decent frame-off cleanup job, but if he knew he wanted to go 7" high, he should've gone ahead and done SOA while he was frame-off.  {no}

I think they look as so because of the body lift  {ehm}. Or they may be of the reversible nature...

Or at least put in something different than a $600 USED Dana 35.

Anybody have the cojones to PM him?  I just want to know how he justifies it?   I think I'm gonna pm him and offer him $3,000. {popcorn}

what do you mean? "seriously"

all you have to do is add the list up, its over 40k. if you dont like the price all you have to do is move on. Seriously

tjl1388:
I'm just making sure you didn't mean $2500 or $5200 and mis-typed.

1. There is not a YJ on the planet worth $25K..

2. You can buy a new finished 4 door Jeep for $25k..a 2 door for less.

There is not a Jeep out there of that year within $10k of your price.

Feel free to enlighten me on why yours is worth more than a new Jeep.

I was trying to help... now I'm just curious.

Brownequalsdown:
Thats fine...like i said all you have to do is look over the full ilst and add it all up. this was just built so it pretty much is a new jeep.

no one is making you email me or buy it. really if you dont like the price or think i put to much into it thats fine. i really dont care to know about your opinion. i am just trying to see if anyone out there might like to have it. and i guess there is on yj out there that IS in that price range, its this one. take care/no it wasnt a mis-typed $ but thanks
