Title: Bowflex Pr1000 $150
Post by: BigJerm on May 18, 2010, 10:00:44 AM
I have the Bowflex Pr 1000 from Sears. It is black with red trim and comes with 210 lbs of resistance, leg extension, 2 handles, waist strap (for doing leg press) and owners manual. The bench moves to allow for incline presses as well as doing calf raises and leg press. Very well taken care of and I enjoy using it but I no longer need it now that I have a set of free weights. Used for about 7 months, now just used to do 1 or 2 exercises to make my workout faster. This would be great for apartment living since it folds up when not in use.

Here is the link to the unit until I can get pictures up:

Live in Marietta near intersection of South Cobb Drive and Windy Hill Rd and will need to meet close by off Windy Hill or Cumberland Mall area. $150
