Mine is still kind of easy to list because I've only had the rig for a year and a half, I can still list mine by wheeling trips:
Gulches Jan 09
-Fuel pump
River Rock May '09
-motor mount
Aetna August '09
-bent LCA mount on axle
-pretzeled track bar
-bent both UCA's
-tore off part of the front bumper
-bent tie rod
Choccolocco March '10
-destroyed the aluminum steering box spacer
Choccolocco June '10
- busted radiator
Also I don't know if I can contribute it to just one wheeling trip, but my steering box is dieing. :'(
So what all have you broken or had fail on your rig while wheeling? I know some of you have a much more impressive list than me.

Don't know if I can do it by trip. Sure I will add stuff as it comes to me, I suffer from "oldtimers"
Tellico- Rear pinion yoke, shock mount
DTown- Sheared steering box bolts, fractured unibody (undetected at the time)
Rices Creek- Sheared steering box bolts, finished breaking unibody
Mountain Side- Cut tire down, power steering pump
Choccolocco- Rear Pinion Yoke
Allsouth Christmas Party- Bent rear drive shaft
River Rock- Trailer bearing
River Rock- Trailer tire (different trip)
River Rock- Right front leaf spring and centering pin
Some Where?- Locking Hub, several high steer studs

blew up a D44 and it burst into flames
pinion gear on a D35
ripped steering box section of frame off my old XJ
about 3 pairs of headlights and taillights
a set of fenders and header panel
only one U-joint
busted the rear hatch
and my pride when i tried to rock crawl in my manual XJ

CPS went out.

That broke toe must have broke him from wheelin'. I haven't heard much outta him on here since moab!. {hihi}

1 ton rear drive shaft in K-30 Chevy when it fell thru a bridge in WV
14 bolt corp reae
205 new process transfer case
both front fenders on 84 K-30 when big rock sucker punched it

I did break my toe. Never broke the shock mount or control arm. The shock was leaking but I fixed it from leaking. So nothing.

Twice. 2009 and 2010. ;D
And I remember he broke the rear, it just didn't quit on the trail ;), and the front drive shaft was bent, and a MIRROR, and....

You lower control arm brackets or whatever brackets you had allsouth redo. And I do remember something about a bolt or something in the rearend.
Its not that it matters or anything I just remembered several of your posts.

No sooner than we made it to Beasley, my center link bent like a pretzel, and I lost steering control.
We used a rock and a bunch of people on my front bumper to try to make it straight(er).
We turned around and went home with my kids in my friends Jeep while I nursed her home.....

I wish I had broke something on my current jeep, but it's been in the garage too long. I broke a cv shaft on my old blazer 15 minutes into a weekend of wheeling after a 4 hour drive to get to the park. I guess I need to get out and wheel more, the most headache I've had was after I tore the license plate off my bumper and had to spend all night backtracking where we had gone to find it.

In 10 years with a 1981 CJ5, 4 years with a 2000 TJ and almost 5 years with my current 1999 TJ, nothing yet. But, somehow I did break the D35 carrier in half in my 2000 TJ while driving it on the street {ehm}. Thankfully it was still under warranty at the time {hihi}.

So far, knock on wood, I haven't broke anything mechanical, just lots of scratches and dents and dings. My mirror has been taken out by a tree before and my roof rack was knocked off once.

River Rock: Bent leaf spring and shock, dented diff cover (all the way to the ring gear), crushed exhaust.
Beasley Knob: Spun my EZ locker and toast the wheel bearing on D35 (8.8 now).
Tellico: Dents to the body and under carriage.

Laying on it's side with my fatarse on the same side didn't help!
