				Anyone here ever try this program?
Just curious if it's just a gimmic or just a real series of information that pits a variety of foods, timing and certain ingredients that help in speeding up the process.

				I am always sketch on these "weight loss plans" out there. I mean if it was that easy everyone would be skinny. Megan has family members who have been on Weight Watchers awhile but I cannot tell. I lost my 45 lbs without diet pills or crazy plans. Just eat real food, stay away from as much processed food as you can and workout.
