Post by: Do Work 93 YJ on September 06, 2010, 09:39:46 PM

I broke my rear shaft in my Wrangler and Ron's Driveline in Gainesville made me a new one.

Trying to avoid that route right now. That would probably cost him more then the ranger is worth so he's hopeing for a stock used one for cheap.

I wouldnt waste time going to any of the pap's (pull a part) they use a huge fork lift and it seems like every truck has a bent driveshaft. I would try small local yards. Or build a square shaft.

got like 30 rangers in the JY here in griffin... they pull there shafts most of the time before moving... also there is one in there with body and suspention lift... rough country i believe... are the 2x4 rears the same as 4x4 rears on the rangers? if you havent found one yet i need to go by this week and have them come get this parts cherokee anyways...
