What awful news. Prayers and thoughts for Steve and Kim. We can't imagine the pain for them. Hunter was so full of life and a very nice young man.

This is heartbreaking to hear. My thoughts are with Steve and Kim through this trying time.

I will be heading over to the viewing tonight and the funeral tomorrow and I will be sure to pass on everyone's thoughts and prayers to Steve and Kim.

We just go back a little bit ago, I must say that the community support that the Steve and Kim are getting is tremendous. Hunter had lots of friends, none of us left with a dry eye. This is one of the saddest things I have ever been to. Please keep them all of them in your prayers.

Terrible news. I just found out while I was at Choccolocco so I couldn't make it tonight. I'm planning to drive over for the services tomorrow though. I can't imagine the pain Steve, Kim and the girls must be feeling right now. Rest in peace Hunter.

Ditto here...life is never the same and we pray that God will give peace as He did for us.
-
Very Sad. Prayers sent also...

To loose a son or daughter has to be the most difficult thing a parent can go thru. I can't even imagine. Make sure you kiss and hug your little ones tonight. It just shows how soon we can be gone from this earth. Prayers sent.

I never thought I would see that man in that condition. He's always been a solid rock, the head honcho, for everyone that ever needed him. he'd answer the phone: "What's wrong and what ya need? I'll be there in a minute" or "swing on by and get it." I balled like hell when I first saw him Sunday, trying to carry Ms. Kim down the church isle when he could barely stand himself.
If you were ever around the two of them you could tell that everything Steve was, he had poured into his boy. As close as a father and son could be. The only thing separating their personalities was 20 or so odd years. I can't imagine what he's going through, but with all the support they've had coming their way from so many that love them, something tells me that one day they'll be alright.
Keep them in your prayers cause they're gonna need it. God bless 'em.

Do you think we could rally the troops here and raise some funds for anything? We could have an annual charity ride based in his name or something and give the proceeds to Steve and his family? I know now is not the time but Steve has been awesome to this club and I would love to help them out in anyway.

x2. Beth suggested that we all get together and send them some casseroles or some kind of prepared dinners. I doubt Ms. Kim wants to spend time in the kitchen cooking right now.
