i have a 2010 Sahara JK and w/o looking in the book and being that i've never bothered to look or try, how the hell do i get the rear doors off?  i know as soon as someone tells me i'm gonna feel pretty ridiculous but i need some help..... :-\

the issue is that i don't know how to unplug or dettach the strap

Slide the front seats full forward.
Pop off the square cover inside on the pillar.
Slide clip on plug to right
Wiggle as you press lever and pull down.
lift strap off of hook, and remove assembly from hole
lift doors off

Thank you Doug for the 123 instructions, i needed that.  i was about ready to kick the dog last night and realized i don't even have one.

I'm so glad all you got to do with TJs is pull up. Those instructions sound a little too complicated for me

X2. The JK had this annoying electric plug you had to undo even if you didn't have power options on the doors... Sucked for my big fingers to get tab depressed and it was under the dash. The LJ, just pick up the strap, pull a fuse, done.
