Would love to have one one day. Price-wise, yes a lil expensive--but you're getting a camera that can record 2.5 hours of 1080p HD video out of the box along with every mount you'd ever need for it. I say go for it!

They're probably expensive at REI. I would look around. Mine friend has had one for a year or so. They're awesome. He uses it on his helmet when he rides his crotch rocket. We also carried it with us down the Oconee when we float the river for a few hours. We swim to the bottom with it and bang it off rocks. Don't let anybody tell you that it's not awesome cause it shoots HD with a great picture and, with the case, you can pretty much do anything you want to with it. We meant to take it out to River Rock and slap it under some rigs, but it just never happened.
My future sister-in-law (Amber's brother's fiance) has one too, and she put that on her helmet when we went skiiing. Pretty cool shots of people busting face actually :D
It's a cool little camera and there's ton of stuff you could use it for. Just gotta find the right price.

hey why did you call me G? WTF I will see about getting you one if they have any of the non HD ones left.. I think they go for 99 bucks.. the HD ones are alot more.. also have a new one out that has a small GPS in it so when you take pics it will tell you where you are.. kinda cool...

A customer made this video for the shop really quick the other day. I told him to make a new one for GATR. He is going to take out a lot of the boring footage and add pics from GATR fest that everyone uploaded.
Hopefully it will turn out pretty cool! The point is - all of the footage and pics are taken from my GoPro - I just stuck it to the Jeep and turned it on!!
