So I took the top all the way down on Friday after work for the first time. It's kind of a pain in the arse. I parked it in the garage Friday night and then we went to the mall on Saturday. There wasn't a cloud in the sky when we went in the mall. When we started walking toward the door I was like oh SH!T. So my first experience trying to put the top back up was in the middle of a monsoon that hit the mall of GA Saturday. My floor boards were completely full of water, my bluetooth and garage door opener were floating in the cup holders. Not cool! So I learned how to take the carpets out and open the drain plugs too. Not a great experience going topless but I guess you live and learn.

Welcome to the club Seth....trust me you will get faster at it :D

I haven't had the full top on all summer, and haven't had the doors on since Harlan. She likes getting wet
-
Speaking of doors...Will did you ever get your door to shut better?

No I haven't taken off the slider to mess with it yet. Not really worried about it cause I don't have a full top to put on right now anyways ::)

Leave the carpet out, Seth. I did that, and got the Rugged Ridge floor liners (the ones with the nice tall lip around the edge). Piece of cake to pull them out and hose out the tub.

;D ;D ;D
A bikini top is my preferred method of rolling. Keeps the sun off my head and protects the electronics in a rain storm.
Also, now that you have a Rubicon you need to embellish your stories a little. Never start a story off with "While at the Mall". {no}

Life is so much simpler in the unibody world.

Also when your carnage consists of "Ah man my bluetooth got wet" .... {hihi}

:D Dang Metro boys! Bikini top has been on since Harlan, no plans to put the full top on till I can't stand the cold anymore (if it ever gets here). You gotta look at the radar when traveling topless ;)

Lol! I'm just glad Will had my rave flash light so it didn't get messed up too!

After a few times taking the top off and on and you will be able to do it in no time.
Got where I can do my TJ in about 5 minutes if I am really in a hurry.
Couple of buddies have the JK's and there no harder. One of them bought your Cherokee.

I'd like to say the same, but then again--I haven't had a unibody on the road in a couple years either.
