Title: diesel programs

Thinking of trying to tune/alter or whatever my 99Dodge Cummins diesel 5.9.
I hear and see that this can be a plausible mod but know no one who has one or has done this.
Anybody on the site have any pro or con info from your experiences?

You mean a tune like a power programmer or tuning the computer/engine?
