1st Christmas Dinner for us of 2011 today

My Mom
Brother and some of his family
Sister and some of her family
Wife and kids
16 total

Ham
mashed potatoes
Sweet potato souflee
green bean cassorole
crescent rolls
mac and cheese
pear salad
baked beans
butter beans
Apple salad
lemon cake
pecan pie
nut cheese log
pumkin log
claxton fruitcake

Usually ham or turkey but we are going low key this year. Hot ham and cheese. Sides.

Had Johnny's New York Style Pizza/Subs today lol, but steaks to take home and grill.

Nice Christmas Eve food an family time...

Family Netflix movie and our special Christmas Eve treats:

Pigs in a blanket
Spinach Artichoke dip with chips, salsa and sour cream
5 layer Mexican Bean dip and a 5 layer Mexican Ground Beef dip
Key Lime Pastry mini desert
Pecan Pie and Roasted Pecans available but too stuffed!

Tommorw =  {couch}

Breakfast this morning was:

Breakfast cassorole with sausage

Ham and cheese croissants YUM

Pinwheels with proscutto and blue cheese or cream cheese

More pigs in blankets
