Put on better bumpers and stop taking the same route where you keep getting hit.

The new baby & the house work has been keeping a lot of things on the back burner. Paid off the jeep a few months back & my life is starting to get back to normal. Hopefully I'll have more time to hit the trails.

Looking for some bumpers right now. There's some sort of medical school by my office & that's where it happened. It's right by my office, so it can't be avoided.

That sucks, skip the bumpers and put on a snow plow.

 </LMAO/>

Yeah, definitely need a more "hard core" bumper! Insurance should pay enough to replace the factory bumper with something aftermarket

Look at it this way, you get to upgrade. To me, anything that gets me free upgrades is a big thumbs up in my book ;)

So I contacted their insurance (state farm) & apparently the guy is telling them a different story from what he told the police & what's in the accident report.
State Farm is doing their best to try not to pay. He's telling them I changed lanes. They said from what he's said, nobody is at fault.

It's so annoying, the report he said he saw me approaching & thought he had enough time to pull out.

For those that know the area, this happened heading North on Circle 75 at Windy Hill. I was in the left lane & he pulled out in front of me trying to get to the right lane & I hit his rear quarter.

Plus, he got the ticket for failure to yeild.

Just refer them to the police report and his citation...

and your personal injury attorney.. </LMAO/>

seriously, let your insurance company handle it for you, and they will sue the other insurance company.

They will take the path of least resistance trust me.

Just get a copy of the accident report from the police station and forward it to the insurance.

My wife works for an attorney group & one of them is checking it out. </ARMATA/>

I've contacted my insurance agent & am keeping them out of it for the time being. I could make a claim with them, but I don't want to do that right now.
