I know after last year I suggested it be done like it was at Jeep Beach when I went a few years ago. You could buy as many tickets as you wanted but they were divided. All your big items like a bumper, winch, tires, nice lights, ect each had their own bucket and you picked how many (if any) of your raffle tickets you wanted to put in each bucket. Then they took the smaller items, divided them into groups (probably based on price) and each group of prizes had a bucket that you could put as many or few tickets in as you wanted.

Great idea esp for things like if the bumper that is given away fits a JK but you drive a TJ you obviously you dont want it so you wouldn't put your tickets in that bucket or if you REALLY wanted tires you could put all your tickets in that 1 bucket.

Since the funds ultimately go to the club, I'm OK with folks buying as many tickets as they want. No reason to discourage this in my mind. I only put in $10, and I'll probably wind up getting my park entry paid or get a free
meal at some point because of the raffle donations. Sounds like a good deal to me!

Think of it this way, it sounds like two people accounted for nearly 40% of the money generated by the raffle... Pretty generous on their part!

My thoughts exactly.  It might make sense to have separate ticket pools for some more larger items.  For example, there could have been a separate bag for the lift kit.  OTOH, if Allsouth gives store credit for the value of such items then there's no issue for people winning gear that won't work with their rigs.

I know I won some stuff but even if I didn't get anything I say just do it like they did it all goes back to benefit everyone in the club.
