I have a co worker lifting a 95 YJ Whats the best bang for the buck? He's looking for 4+ inches mainly focused on mud but open to rocks, any suggestions? Currently its on a 3" body lift and stock.

3" body + 4" suspension??? whats he wanting to run 38s?? tell him to take the body lift off and go spring-over with some better shocks and steering. That would net him room for 35s
