See, every person has 1 ass:

1 person= 1 ass

And that Jeep can seat 2 people:

1 Jeep=> 2 person

So, that leads too:

1 Jeep=> 2 asses

Now, enters your work:

1 Jeep=> (1/2)ass

1 Jeep=2*(1/2)asses*2 of everything

And this concludes in:

That Jeep=2 asses.

While your math is correct and not far off, that factor of 2 is really required to comprehend the horribleness of this Jeep.
