Is anybody going to be driving up from the Atlanta area Saturday morning?  thinking we could meet up and convoy to home depot.  I'm coming from Smyrna (northwest ATL)

I was going to ask the same thing, especially since this is my first time doing this. I'm coming from Kennesaw.

I'm in Canton which is on the way, but don't really want to drive south to come back north. Maybe I'll meet up along the way. A buddy of mine should be signing up with GATR tonight. He has a Jeep on 39's and a buggy in 40 something's. Trying to get him to go CORE so he can join in at Windrock.

I'll be leaving from Kennesaw at 7 am.  If someone is going to meet up and caravan with me, we'll pull out of the Publix parking lot at 7 am (Publix, 1635 Old Highway 41 NW, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152-4480). Be gased up and ready to ride at 7 am and be on cb channel 7.  I drive 65mph, so keep that in mind if you are into speeding.  It should be about a 1.75 hour trip, according to Google maps.  I have a blue Tundra pickup pulling a green tj.

Let me know if you are going to caravan, otherwise I will not wait at the Publix.

There is a Racetrac gas station next to the Publix, so you can get gas, snacks, and beverages there.

There should be a drop box that you get a hang tag from and pay.

ok, thanks, im leaving fri. morning, headed to the gun & pawn to pick up my 2nd .38, then to the bargin barn, for a few items, then off to beasley.  figure will spend the late morning/early afternoon setting up my
camp.  maybe do a quick ride to see the sights.

using friday to get away, seeing how the rest of this month will suck (work).  i also plan on stopping at the gun show sunday on the way home in gainesville.

We had a great camping spot last time I camped there. Not sure if satterfield is the trail head we camped at though. If I don't end up camping I'll at least come back and hang out after we get done riding.

Things should dry out pretty good with the wind that we've had the past few days.

Looking forward to Saturday.  I'll be a puss though as I don't want to break anything prior to Jeep Beach.
