Update!

So the van had no fuel pressure and they quoted me a great price, although still many hundreds to drop the tank and replace the pump, and the filter.

When they got into it they found a broken wire, reconnected it, and everything worked perfect!

So what other shop tech would not have gone ahead and replaced the pump and filter and charged me the full amount? 

NOT ALLSOUTH!   FIXED THE WIRE AND SAID ITS READY!
