Man I'm going to miss that grilled cheese this year.
Let me help:
The Shores Grilled Cheese!
Start with 2-slices of a thick white bread (Italian style is nice - at least 1/2" thick)
The Cheeses (on the inside): Mix together a healthy blend of shredded Cheddar, Monterrey Jack and Pepper-jack
Add a slice of American and of Smoked Gouda
The Outside (most important part!):
Mix together Panko Japanese style breadcrumbs and shredded Parmesan cheese (1-part cheese/3-part Panko)
Schmear bread with lots of butter and press into Panko/cheese mix
grill in pan until outside it toasted brown and inside is melted..
eat and ENJOY...and don't think about the calories
