Awesome!
Just found out that my nextdoor neighbor just got out of the hospital yesterday. Apparently, he survived the virus, barely. Was in ICU for 6 days.
Now we wait!

Little too close to home - best wishes for you and Sherry

No test needed, we all know that he's crazy. JK.
Seriously, how he tests negative.
Chuck, how old is the neighbor?
In his early 40's
Shit
Sorry, he's 37.

Even worse. Any underlying conditions that you know of/care to share.
37 & almost died has my concern at an elevated level.
None. He said he wasn't feeling to good (thought it was allergies). He walked to the post office, which is about a half mile from our house and said he was having a hard time breathing and then later that evening he developed a fever and just went down hill from there. I don't how long he was actually feeling under the weather but by the time he got to the hospital pneumonia had already set in. He said they did find 2 lumps of something in his lungs, they think they're related to the virus. Supposedly, they put him into induced coma for a couple of days.

good Lord.
these are the dumfounding , incidents which make no sense to me. There has not been , to my knowledge , anything similar to the " Russian roulette" like nature of who's being afflicted or not as is w/ this.
It seems so unnatural, comparatively.
This is scariest story I've yet heard , it & the child who's mom died that was a healthworker.
These stories & not grasping what the thing that determines if someone gets this sick or not is literally freaking me out.
I'm glad your neighbor pulled thru.
be safe.
