I'm pretty sure Brian Kemp is cheating wrt COVID19.
The Georgia Health Department's total confirmed case numbers are very close to the John Hopkins numbers on a daily basis, but the confirmations per day since the stay at home order was lifted are hardly increasing. You might wonder how that is possible. What they're doing is increasing the counts on days prior to lifting the stay at home order!
I chose a random date to monitor daily to see what was going on. My date was April 17 th. Look at how the number of confirmed cases on that date keep increasing, and how few of cases have happened in the last week.
On May 4th, the April 17th count was 21327
This morning the April 17th count was 21345
A few minutes ago it was 21364
Clever, but not trustworthy.
