Did back, shoulders and abs last night. Only did 100 crunches and only made it 20 minutes on the treadmill, I was way tired for some reason....................I might need a few more carbs!
Also got on the scale this morning and it was 4 pounds to the left. That's 5 pounds total so far. Only 65 left to go. I don't think I can keep losing 4 to 5 pounds a week but I'm hoping I can at least keep losing an average of 3 pounds, which means it will take approximately 15 to 20 weeks reach my target weight.
