Lightweight... I am about right were I want to be. Like to get back to 230 but I will take 215 all day!

I would like to get to 230  :'(

I imagine I will probably stop around the 240 or 245 mark... I mean at some point all the fat loss has to be replaced by muscle gain right?

Lets hope so!! I don't have that problem. I just can't gain fast enough... or make that afford it! ;D

Yesterday did chest and barbell rows. Keeping the poundage below 300lbs on bench and 225lbs on rows. Did 200 crunches. Today so far just back and arms. 5K tomorrow and stationay bike.

Did back, shoulders and abs last night. Only did 100 crunches and only made it 20 minutes on the treadmill, I was way tired for some reason....................I might need a few more carbs!

Also got on the scale this morning and it was 4 pounds to the left. That's 5 pounds total so far. Only 65 left to go. I don't think I can keep losing 4 to 5 pounds a week but I'm hoping I can at least keep losing an average of 3 pounds, which means it will take approximately 15 to 20 weeks reach my target weight.
