Hit it tonight, I hate doing legs. I would just rather run a few miles and call it a leg workout! Did arms and trapz as well. Slow and steady.

I hate legs too. Finished up DT's today with weapons training and the test so back to workout by friday.

another thing i hate.... abs... oooo I hate doing them but always want better looking ones

Haha Jeremy, I have some bad a$$ abs, I just keep them protected with a thick layer of insulation ;D

Haha Jeremy, I have some bad a$$ abs, I just keep them protected with a thick layer of insulation ;D
At least a set of 6-pack made abs? {toast}

I don't know if it's because of my job, I'm always using my arms and shoulders and such, so they're in pretty good shape and since I drum my legs are in pretty good shape too.  But like you Jerm, my problem area is right in the middle.  And unfortunately, like Chuck, I have my protective layer...THAT I DON'T WANT!!!

Did 2 miles of HIIT sprints. Getting back into the swing of things. Try Black Powder by MRI. This is a pre-workout nitric oxide booster. Its way better then No-Explode by BSN. Don't take it after 4pm though.

How is everyone doing? Holiday time now and begining of the year coming for those who plan to start then?

I am getting back into the bowflex and was going to start running today but it was raining so I jog tomorrow. Weight is right under 250 lbs so I am pretty happy with that.

I did really good working out everyday for a month until Thanksgiving. Since Thanksgiving Ive stunk! Right after Christmas I'm starting again. I dont have much weight to loose but I need to get in shape.
