Picked up some more parts at Summit Friday. Got some caps and a vent/tip over valve for my fuel cell. Also picked up some new poly bushings for my leaf springs and a line lock.

Was able to get a few things done this weekend. Started cutting up the old bumper to use for the new part of the front frame section. We then mocked everything up and set forth to welding. Ta da new front frame.
After I get my tires on I'm going to cut the ends down some so they don't hang out so far.

After we were done with the front we moved back to the cell. Got the YJ pump finished and started building a cage to hold the cell in. We used 1"x1" angle to make the cage and picked up some 3/8s threaded rod with nylon nuts to bolt it down. We also got some alum tubing to match the cell to hide the threaded rod and sandwich between the two tabs to add to the support while giving it a cleaner look. I think this turned out really nice and gives me the confidence of it not going anywhere.
I will get some better pictures of it this week.

Their weld on picked them up at tractor supply. I think their 5/8s but I will check them this afternoon.

Looking at that first picture reminded me I've got to start looking at some shock options.

Dowork 114 your signature makes it look like your missing your rig. What's in the future?
Micheal when you get the front end under it measure it and let me know what you length shocks you need, I may have a set.
Jimmy, Richard has your shocks.
