After a while, I started thinking the same thing. I was going to post again to ask some of the people who go to Tech but then realized I thought he did go to Tech. That's a shame. I guess all people aren't blessed with a bar less then a 100 yards away.

I'm all about Rocky Mountain. Pitcher of Guinness for $11 IIRC ;D  I'll head over to Manuel's over on North Ave occasionally.  Both are not much more then bars though.  If I'm going out for the night I'll hit Virginia Highlands, but also these are just bars.  These are all fine for a guys night out or what not, but the picky Tech girls need to have their fun dancing.

Got some good suggestions though, thanks  {toast}

Oh and Techies don't go out. We just hide in our dorms and drink our pain away...or at least that's what the college rankings said a few years ago.

Hey TJ I'm about 12 hours late with this post but The Masquerade used to do eighties night on thursday nights and MJQ is very good for dancing on friday and saturday nights. 

Also I think The Clairmont Lounge has become a club on saturday nights.  No Really!! For those of you who know The Clairmont by reputation alone it is now a defacto dance club.  These three are all very close to each other. 

And if you have ladies looking for latin music and dancing Loca Luna is great for live latin music. 

And if you're feeling manly you can hit up Blake's at 10th and Piedmont.  GAY CLUB but packed with chicks. The ladies never see it coming... then again, might wanna verify it's a chick before you buy too many drinks...

Completely forgot about the Masquerade.  I'm pretty sure they still do the 80s night.  Been to Loca Luna, I can't figure out why but the place aggravates me.

Hmm, never thought about the gay clubs from that angle... It would still be interesting...
