Waiting on the "who".  Bumped with a tractor trailer, and got out to look, and was hit by another truck.  Damn.

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga -- Two fatal crashes snarled traffic on both interstate 20 and the Downtown Connector during the Thursday morning rush hour.

The first accident closed down all westbound lanes of I-20 in DeKalb County for more than three hours.

The crash happened on I-20 at Turner Hill Road about 4 a.m., according to Channel 2 Action News traffic reporter Mark Arum.

The driver of a Jeep Wrangler collided with a tractor-trailer near the Turner Hill Road exit, according to Jason Gagnon of the DeKalb County Police Department in an e-mail sent to Channel 2 Action News.

The driver of the Jeep got out of his vehicle to check the damage and was hit and killed by another tractor-trailer, according to Gagnon.

I got stuck in this for an hour early this morning. Most have been pretty bad because the semi was up against the wall with the pass. side front wheel smashed into the motor. The only thing that I seen of the Jeep was what was left of a busted up hardtop laying in the road.

Yep.  I thought about all the guys on here that live out that way.  Have not found a name anywhere on the web yet.

News says Alcohol was involved.  I figured the guy was on the way to work early, but sounds like he may have been on the way home.
