These are the ones I bought.  They fit perfectly for the lift I have, and since your Jeep and mine are about the same...

I bought them from 4 Wheel Parts, but now I can't find them on their website  {ehm}.  "4WD Hardware" and "4 Wheel Parts" are partners though, so if no one here has any brake lines for you and you are interested in these, I would call 4 Wheel Parts and ask them.
